Karen is a compassionate and experienced practitioner who is dedicated to providing her clients of all ages with the highest level of care and support in the prevention and treatment of injury. She utilizes a wide range of therapies to create very personalized and highly effective treatment protocols. Karen's highest priority is getting patients feeling better so they can quickly return to sport, work and the life that is waiting for them.
Knowing first hand the mind and body benefits of an active lifestyle, Karen is an avid sports enthusiast and can be found mountain biking, swimming, snowboarding, practicing yoga or sailing on Georgia Bay.

Melissa is an empathetic & skilled Physiotherapist’s Assistant eager to help those in need. She is passionate about the symbiotic relationship between science and holistic treatments. Her main focus is improving others’ quality of life and functionality using a combination of approaches including movement, mindfulness, passive stretch, and breathing techniques. Melissa spends her free time volunteering at a local wildlife rehabilitation centre, as well as practicing yoga and meditation.
Melissa is a graduate from Humber College in Fitness and Health as well as from the Edison Institute of Nutrition in Applied Nutrition Microscopy. Emma is a compassionate and enthusiastic person who is excited to share her love of fitness and health with everyone. Her training, and her experience as an athlete, gives her the empathy to connect with her clients and help them achieve their health goals. She uses a combination of approaches including stretching, and movement to help clients achieve their goals.
Emma is a graduate from Humber College with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion. She is currently continuing her education at the University of Guelph-Humber in an Honours Bachelor of Applied Science in Kinesiology. She is also certified as a Personal Trainer (PTS), Group Exercise Instructor, and Resistance Training Instructor by the Ontario Fitness Council (OFC). She is certified as an Indoor Spin Instructor through OFC and Schwinn.
When Emma is not studying you can find her pursuing her other passions and enjoying many sports. She is an avid snowboarder, goes on hikes with her dogs, participates in yoga and spin classes, and lives a healthy lifestyle.

ABBY COLVILLE - PHYSIOTHERAPY ASSISTANT
Goodyear Physio welcomes Abby Colville to our team. She graduated from the Physiotherapy Assistant and Occupational Therapy Assistant Program from Georgian College and is taking on the role of Clinical Assistant and In Home Physiotherapy Assistant. Abby has built skills from a variety of clinic placements, including fine motor clinic, acute care and long-term care, and both inpatient and outpatient rehab.
Abby is a compassionate and friendly person who in her free time enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs. She loves the outdoors and uses her imagination and photographs taken on her adventures to create artwork using different mediums.
